Our client, a leading Insurance Broker, is currently seeking an experienced and ambitious Personal Lines Agent to join their growing team based in Donegal. Your Role:

• Working collaboratively within the personal lines team, focusing on boosting sales of home and motor insurance policies.
• Assessing customer requirements and delivering the best advice based on gathered data and thorough research.
• Identifying cross-selling opportunities for supplementary products and managing follow-up communications to explore potential sales prospects.
• Addressing customers needs and concerns, while ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Staying up to date on latest information on personal lines products.

Your Skills:

• APA/CIP Insurance qualification or working towards same.
• Previous experience in a general insurance broker or insurance company dealing with personal lines products.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team and independently.
